💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if an error occurs on our side during the purchase process.
We do not offer refunds for user mistakes, wrong payments, or issues caused by Discord or payment providers.
All refund requests must be submitted via a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase.
Any attempts to dispute payments through chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from our shop.
